The X-Files IWTB

Peter… An old fashioned thriller that sticks to the basics and works.
Sean… As a non X-Files fan, I was surprised; I really enjoyed this.

We got off work, sat in traffic for over an hour, and saw The X-Files 2 at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in LA; which is, apparently, “the most famous theater in the world.” We’ll look into that.

The movie reviews are pretty good, but I have a question… Is this video podcast repurposing itself as an fx-type movie review show, a la Ebert & Roeper?
    I certainly hope not.
    Cheers!

Oh, definitely not. The reviews, when viewed alongside the “regular” Take Zer0 episodes, are entirely complementary, and are not meant to take center stage. We intended to post a regular episode last week, but the edited footage somehow become corrupt (and poor Sean is in the process of reformatting his hard drive). We’re thinking of reshooting it.
Unfortunately, Take Zer0 has been in a drought lately. But behind the scenes, our web designer is ironing out all the kinks from the new TZ 2.0 layout, and Sean and I are in the process of creating a new show format for the regular episodes—one that’ll be more spontaneous and with better pacing.
As for Ebert & Roeper, may that show rest in peace. It’ll be “re-branded” pretty soon.
