You can post HQ youtube videos by adding an extension to the embed code. Here’s how, you have to add “&ap=%2526fmt%3D18″ to the end of the link
in the embed code:
For example, instead of:
http://www.youtube.com/v/bzTJfQllZpQ&hl=en&fs=1
use,
http://www.youtube.com/v/bzTJfQllZpQ&hl=en&fs=1&ap=%2526fmt%3D18
in the embedded link
