Camera Stabilization Equipment
In this episode, we dive into the expensive, or, at the least, tedious realm of camera stabilization equipment. This ranges from the all-powerful, all-knowing fluid tripod head, to the much used and often abused dolly. We don't own and operate an actual Steadicam or a jib or a crane, but hey, we'll mention them, too.
To compliment this episode, we're making a very short film that will employ as much of the above equipment as possible. We should hopefully be able to post it on Friday. show notes:

This is a great film class. I am 23 but unfortunately i’ve spent my last 5 years in a biology major. Once i realised i wanted to make films, it was too late to quit and enter a film school, apart from the fact that i’m spanish and there are no good filmschools over here, and even if here were… i cannot afford it!, so i might just learn by working. Anywho, i need some really basic knowledge to be able to start and this web is very helpful. Thanks for taking your time, it’s very generous from you. Good luck with your movies!
By the way, could you explain a little bit more in detail how you made the dolly and how exactly do you use it (i understand the concept but from the distance i can only see a bunch of color round things that look like wheels)
Thanks!
